Our Journey
Two strangers. One island. A sunset that refused to be ordinary. The ocean held its breath the moment their eyes met — as though it had waited lifetimes to witness this. No words. No introduction needed. The soul does not require formalities when it recognises its other half.
They did not fall in love — they grew into it, the way a banyan tree grows: slowly, deeply, with roots that intertwine beneath the surface where no one else can see. Through mornings of silence and evenings of laughter, through every small ordinary moment that quietly became sacred — they built something that cannot be undone.
At the edge of the sacred lake, where Shiva's name floats on the water with the marigolds, they did not make a promise — they fulfilled one. One written before birth, before this island existed, before time had learned to count. Here, at Ganga Talao, two flames return to the one fire from which they came.
